Installation Guide
Setting up Platinum IPTV takes only a few minutes. By following the steps suitable for your device, you can start streaming quickly and seamlessly. No technical knowledge is required.
Android TV & TV Box Setup
- Open the Google Play Store and download an IPTV player application (IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, etc.).
- Enter the username, password, and server URL provided to you after purchase into the application.
- The channel list will load automatically.
- Once the loading is complete, you can start watching.
- For a more stable stream, a wired (LAN) internet connection is recommended if possible.
Smart TV Setup (Samsung & LG)
- Go to your TV’s app store and download an IPTV application (IBO Player, Duplex, etc.).
- When you open the app, note down the MAC address displayed on the screen.
- Define your subscription by entering your MAC address into the activation panel link provided to you.
- Restart the application and wait for the channel list to load.
Phone & Tablet Setup (Android & iOS)
- Download an IPTV application from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Enter your username, password, and server URL details.
- Once the channel list is loaded, you can start watching.
- A strong Wi-Fi connection is highly recommended for mobile use.
Computer Setup (Windows & Mac)
- Download a media player program like VLC Player to your computer.
- Paste the M3U link sent to you into the “Open Network Stream” (Network) section.
- Once the channel list is loaded, you can start the broadcast.
Important Information
- A minimum internet speed of 16 Mbps is recommended for stable use.
- Your account details are personal and must not be shared.
- The number of devices that can be used simultaneously depends on your package content.
